Transform Communities Staffordshire CIC is looking for enthusiastic Volunteer Sessional Youth Workers to support activities for young people aged 7–14 across Bentilee and Weston Heights. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable youth work experience while helping young people build confidence, make friends, and take part in fun, inclusive activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside experienced staff, you will help deliver a range of activities, including:
- Sports and games
- Arts and crafts
- Food-related activities
- Youth club sessions
- Holiday programmes
- Community events
- Informal mentoring and encouragement
You’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where young people feel valued, supported, and able to participate confidently.

Previous youth work experience is not essential.
Training & Support
