We’re looking for friendly, organised volunteers to help coordinate a network of collection tins and daffodil boxes across local communities in Staffordshire. This flexible role helps support fundraising by keeping donation points active, organised, and well looked after.

What’s Involved

  • Placing and emptying collection tins in local pubs, shops, and other busy venues
  • Identifying new venues and asking if they would like to host a tin or daffodil box
  • Getting site permission forms signed and sharing them with the fundraising team
  • Coordinating daffodil box placements during the Great Daffodil Appeal (February–April)
  • Keeping your community fundraiser informed of active collection sites
  • Counting and banking donations
  • Completing basic paperwork
  • Thanking venues for their support
