Victim Support is looking for empathetic volunteers to join our New Era team in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. As a Triage Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for people seeking support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide calm, professional support during initial contact with service users
  • Gather essential information and assess immediate needs
  • Identify safeguarding concerns and elevate them appropriately
  • Signpost and refer individuals to the right services
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times

Location: Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent

Commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week, ideally a commitment of 12 months

Training Provided: Safeguarding, Triage skills, Specialist workshops
