Agnes & Arthur’s Bespoke Care Home, based in Bradeley, is dedicated to providing specialist, high-quality care for individuals living with dementia as well as those who require additional day-to-day support. We pride ourselves on delivering a person-centred approach to care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion in a warm and welcoming environment. Our focus is on tailoring care to meet each individual’s unique needs while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Role Overview

As part of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by providing both practical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents in having their own voice and making informed choices about their care
  • Assist with daily activities, including collecting prescriptions and shopping
  • Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Offer emotional support, helping residents talk through worries or concerns
  • Help create opportunities for me time, such as outings or simple pampering sessions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Respect for confidentiality and dignity of all residents
