We’re looking for a Technical Architect to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, shaping scalable solutions, and guiding teams to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the IT Manager to assess current and future business needs.
- Evaluate whether to upgrade existing systems or implement new platforms.
- Design and present architecture schematics and innovative solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with sales developers to align platform functionality with business goals.
- Troubleshoot technical and platform issues as they arise.
- Oversee all aspects of platform integration, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Monitor and measure platform performance post-implementation.
- Train staff on platform use and procedures.
- Provide post-installation feedback and continuous improvement insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years leading Salesforce project delivery.
- Proven track record as a Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Salesforce Designer certifications.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, software integration, and networking modules.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking systems, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages and Office software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and online communication skills.
- Ability to translate basic specifications into scalable, big-picture solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex IT challenges.
