About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Alliances Lead to develop and scale our key local partnerships. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. As a key member of VASS UK & Ireland, you’ll help to nurture and grow relationships, craft go-to-market plans, and drive collaborative opportunities that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Build and foster relationships with key partners, serving as primary point of contact, internally and externally at all levels.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategy with Alliances alongside internal stakeholders, including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement programmes and joint customer engagement
  • Promoting Visibility: Ensure VASS remains top-of-mind through active participation in alliance meetings, events, and client opportunities.
  • Identifying Growth Opportunities: Expand alliances and generate pipeline through strategic matchmaking. relationship-building and co-marketing activity
  • Strategic Positioning: Drive recognition and growth by promoting VASS’s propositions with the support of internal teams.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Meet targets by tracking partner-influenced pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning KPIs with business goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role (+2-3 years preferred).
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, and Magnolia is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services sector and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Willingness to travel to partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
