Providing proper supporting documents, pictures, FIR and coordination with internal (fleet & operations) and external (police, etc) as required for proper working for vehicles safety, material safety and driver support.
Arrangement of transshipment of material for loaded accident vehicles.
Crane arrangement for sending accident vehicles to fleet hub/repair.
Work on recovery cases - vendors & drivers.
Handling legal cases at local level.
Effective coordination and management of external pool of lawyers for representation of cases filed by/against the company while ensuring no gaps in representation of cases and in a time-bound manner.
Daily updation on status of vehicle hold with information to concerned fleet coordinators for actions required.
