We are looking to train a Property Prep Specialist to join our team helping us get residential properties ready for occupancy after they have been let out. If you don’t have any experience - don’t worry – we provide full training and are always on hand to help. We are also keen to engage people from the UK Armed Forces Veteran community, including spouses.
This role requires a proactive approach with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with equipment that we provide. You will either work as part of a team or by yourself, with us always on hand. The majority of jobs are around Cambridge with some outside, so you will need to have good access to Cambridge.
The pay starts at £15.5/hour and rises to £20/hour. The work is Zero Hours Contract but our hope is that you might accept as much work as we can offer you, but that will be your choice. There may be the chance to work overtime also.
We supply a vehicle when you are working for us, so you will need a full licence and need to be over 21.
Duties:- Cleaning every element of a property so it looks fantastic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures (which we can teach you).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to property preparation.
- Driving licence aged over 21.
