We are hiring an SDR Manager to lead our outbound team at Varonis, based in our new London office. This team is a critical driver of growth and pipeline, with a strong track record of success. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Varonis’ UKI growth engine. You will own, develop, and inspire a team of 8 Outbound SDRs covering the UKI and Nordics markets, reporting directly to the EMEA Director.

You’ll be responsible for shaping outbound strategy, running targeted campaigns, and developing top-tier sales talent. You’ll also be part of a local leadership group alongside Regional Directors, RVPs, the Channel Director, and the Field Marketing Manager—collaborating to execute regional strategy and consistently deliver against targets.
