We are hiring an SDR Manager to lead our outbound team at Varonis, based in our new London office. This team is a critical driver of growth and pipeline, with a strong track record of success. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Varonis’ UKI growth engine. You will own, develop, and inspire a team of 8+ Outbound SDRs covering the UKI and Nordics markets, reporting directly to the EMEA Director. You’ll be responsible for shaping outbound strategy, running targeted campaigns, and developing top-tier sales talent. You’ll also be part of a local leadership group alongside Regional Directors, RVPs, the Channel Director, and the Field Marketing Manager—collaborating to execute regional strategy and consistently deliver against targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and hold accountable a team of 8+ Outbound SDRs, consistently driving performance against monthly targets.
- Own outbound strategy across UKI and Nordics, using account-based approaches and targeted campaign programmes.
- Coach relentlessly through 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, and multi-channel feedback to develop SDRs into top performers.
- Maintain and evolve the outbound playbook, continuously refining sequences, scripts, email templates, and qualification frameworks.
- Design incentive structures that encourage healthy competition and reward high performance.
- Hire, onboard, and develop the next generation of SDR talent as the team scales.
- Thrive in and lead within a high-output, metrics-driven outbound environment.
Qualifications
- 10–18 months of direct people management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success in multi-channel, creative outbound motion.
- Experience building target account lists and executing account-based selling strategies.
- Highly data-driven, using metrics to diagnose issues and improve performance.
- Strong interest in sales tooling, automation, and scalable outbound systems.
- A natural coach who gets energy from seeing their team succeed.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and confident in problem-solving and decision-making.
