Role Summary
Own renewal outcomes and overall account health for a defined book of business. Lead, coach, and inspect a renewal team to drive early risk identification and predictable renewals. Serve as the point of accountability for renewal readiness, not just contract execution.

- Own net and gross renewal performance for the team.
