We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Analyst – End User Computing to join a growing infrastructure and desktop engineering team within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a strong End User Computing professional with a solid background in desktop engineering, Windows environments, user support technologies, and modern workplace tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s end-user technology landscape while driving improvements across desktop deployment, user productivity tools, and workplace technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership across End User Computing and desktop infrastructure services
  • Support and manage Windows desktop environments and end-user technologies
  • Lead desktop deployment, configuration, and support initiatives
  • Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency
  • Support enterprise productivity applications and collaboration technologies
  • Assist with automation, standardisation, and optimisation of desktop support processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and user environment issues
  • Participate in technology rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and support standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Infrastructure Support
  • Strong experience supporting:
    • Windows desktop environments
    • Desktop deployment technologies
    • End-user support platforms
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • AI productivity tools
  • Experience working within enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with enterprise desktop management and deployment tools
  • Exposure to automation and scripting within desktop support environments
  • Experience supporting modern workplace and collaboration technologies
  • Familiarity with infrastructure operations and IT service management processes
