Surveyor –CommercialProperty Management
My international client is looking for asurveyorto join our Property Management team, managing a portfolio ofthree mixed-use assets across Victoria, CentralLondonand Stratford.
The portfolio includesone or two service charge properties, including an office building,providingan opportunity to work across a varied and engaging mix of assets.
The Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, working closely with clients, occupiers, contractors,consultantsand internal teams to ensure the properties arewell managedand performing effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client and occupier relationships and supporting regular reporting.
- Overseeing lease administration, licences, tenantobligationsand landlord & tenant matters.
- Supportingfinancial management, budgets,arrearsand service charge processes.
- Managing and monitoring suppliers,contractorsand facilities management services.
- Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring issues areidentifiedand resolved.
- Supporting major works,projectsand property improvement initiatives.
- Assistingwith property transactions,transitionsand due diligence.
- Supporting ESG, Health & Safety,insuranceand risk management requirements.
- Managing vacant units and ensuringappropriate complianceand security.
- Identifyingopportunities to improve asset performance and enhance client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally working towardsMRICS or recently qualified.
- Solid experience in property management or a related property role.
- Good knowledge of landlord & tenant matters and service charge management.
- Experience across mixed-use and/or office property is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including experience with property management systems.
