Central London | Permanent hire | 4 days in the office / 1 day WFHI'm partnering with a leading UK property and investment group to find a Senior Tax Manager to take ownership of their tax function. This is a high-profile, senior role reporting directly into the CFO, offering exposure to end-to-end corporate tax management across multiple subsidiaries.
Day-to-day
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of all company tax returns and computations.
- Ensure full compliance across corporation tax, VAT, SDLT, ATED, CIS and transfer pricing.
- Prepare and review consolidated year-end tax reporting, forecasts and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison with HMRC and manage external tax advisor relationships.
- Simplify complex tax matters and present clear, actionable advice to senior stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) CTA desirable.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax in a large group environment.
- Experience in tax compliance, planning and advisory work. Exposure to the property sector is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
