This role involves overseeing the day-to-day property management of a regional portfolio, including light industrial and retail parks for a single client.
Managing properties effectively to maximise value and minimise voids.
Overseeing rent, service charge, and insurance collections.
Preparing and managing service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Handling insurance claims and additional fee issuance.
Coordinating with facilities management on maintenance and inspections.
Conducting regular site visits and ensuring properties are well maintained.
Communicating proactively with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies.
MRICS qualification or 4+ years in commercial property management.
Strong knowledge of commercial leases, service charges, and landlord-tenant regulations.
Ability to work independently and make informed management decisions.
Understanding of health & safety legislation and property maintenance.
A full, clean driving licence.
