An established and well-regarded independent property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate within its Commercial Property Management team in Manchester. The Opportunity
You will take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio across office, retail and mixed-use assets, acting as a key point of contact for institutional and private clients. The role offers a balance of day-to-day property management and more strategic asset-focused input, giving you scope to add real value beyond core management duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse commercial portfolio across the North West
- Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Leading on landlord and tenant matters, lease events and client liaison
- Working closely with facilities managers and accounts teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development (Associate level)
- Providing strategic advice to enhance asset performance
