I am working with an LPA based in a beautiful part of Central England who are seeking an Interim Senior Planner for an initial 6 months, with the view to extend beyond.

My client requires a skilled Planner to handle a caseload of mixed applications ranging from Householder to complex Minor level, with a few Small Major applications.

The Council have indicated that they would particularly like to see experience with handling S106 agreements and Stakeholder Engagement.

The authority have indicated that they will offer between £40 and £50 an hour for the right candidate, which will depend greatly on your experience.
