About the opportunity
Join a growing and strategically important Residential Valuation team in London, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile residential property instructions across London and the South East.
The valuation team provides extensive valuation and advisory services across:
- Single residential assets and high-value homes
- Large-scale residential development schemes
- Multi-family and single-family properties
- Development land
- Income-generating investment assets
- Residential portfolios
The team delivers RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, strategic consultancy and detailed property assessments, supporting clients with informed, evidence-based advice throughout the property lifecycle.
What you’ll be working on
Recent instructions have included:
- Valuation of a £30m single dwelling in Little Venice for secured lending purposes
- Strategic consultancy advice on a 220-unit development scheme in East Sussex
- Valuation of a 150-asset mixed-use portfolio across the South East
- Valuation of a major PRS development in Prime Central London
- Valuation of a large residential asset within the Wentworth Estate
- Development consultancy advice on a potential 250-unit scheme in Brighton’s New England Quarter
The role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor and/or Registered Valuer with valuation experience to join a team that is continuing to grow and invest in its residential offering.
You’ll benefit from exposure to a broad variety of instructions, high-value assets and complex valuation work, while working alongside experienced professionals with deep sector knowledge.
The successful candidate will ideally have up to two years’ post-qualification experience, although candidates with additional experience are also encouraged to apply.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and able to manage a busy workload and multiple instructions
- Detail-oriented and numerate, with strong analytical skills
- Confident in their professional judgement and decision-making
- Personable, professional and client-focused
- Comfortable working across a varied and fast-paced range of valuation instructions
