Duties
- Ensuring service charge and property financial data is accurate, reliable and fully auditable.
- Delivering actionable insights from transactional data to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Partnering with colleagues across the business to strengthen reporting and control frameworks.
- Supporting year-end activities and finance-led projects, including reconciliations, reporting and data assurance.
- Monitoring operational metrics, identifying trends, exceptions and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintaining clear documentation of processes and outputs to ensure transparency and compliance.
Key Skills & Experience
- AAT qualified & part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Finalist (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills are essential, including data validation, formulas, pivot tables and formatting.
- Ability to manage, clean, and analyse high-volume property data to support accurate reporting and operational insights is key.
- Understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit standards.
- Experience in property-related finance.
