Joining an established property consultancy with a strong presence across the North West, you'll be given the autonomy, support and platform to develop and grow the Industrial & Logistics Agency offering from the ground up. There are no inherited instructions and no existing fee pipeline to manage. Success in this role will come from building relationships, creating opportunities and winning work. For the right individual, the reward is the chance to shape a business line, establish a recognised market presence and play a significant role in the future growth of the business.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded agency professional who enjoys business development, thrives on responsibility and is motivated by the prospect of building something of their own within an established platform.
The Opportunity
As the lead Industrial & Logistics Agency specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the firm's presence within the sector across the North West. Working closely with colleagues across investment, development, professional services and wider agency teams, you'll have access to an established network of clients and referral opportunities, whilst retaining the freedom to develop your own strategy and market approach. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, identifying opportunities and converting relationships into instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Industrial & Logistics Agency offering across the North West.
- Generate new business and win agency instructions from landlords, investors, developers and occupiers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across the industrial and logistics market.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and lettings of industrial and logistics assets.
- Identify opportunities through existing client relationships and wider market activity.
- Work collaboratively across the wider business to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and establish a strong market profile within the sector.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and future direction of the business.
About You
- Experience within Industrial & Logistics Agency, ideally at Associate Director, Director or Senior Director level.

- Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Established network across the North West property market.
- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial outlook.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience gained within a consultancy, developer, investor or occupier environment will be considered.
- MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
What's on Offer
- The opportunity to build and lead a service line with genuine autonomy.
- Backing of an established consultancy with an existing client base and market presence.
- A highly entrepreneurial role with significant scope for growth.
- Direct influence on the future direction of the business.
- Competitive salary, performance-related bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
