A well-established commercial property management business is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to play a key role in managing an expanding, high-quality mixed commercial portfolio across London and the South East. This role is ideal for an experienced Associate Director with a strong track record of delivering proactive, client-focused service on premium assets. The successful candidate will support a highly regarded Director, helping to drive operational excellence and business growth.
What the Role Involves
- Lead the day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring outstanding performance and service delivery across all assets.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a diverse range of clients, demonstrating clarity, professionalism and commercial acumen.
- Support the head of property on high-profile instructions, including complex operational, tenant, and lease-related matters.
- Contribute directly to business development, including preparing for and engaging in client pitches, proposals, and opportunities to expand the portfolio.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and industry best practice.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, budgeting and reporting, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and to high standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in commercial property management, particularly with high-end office, retail or mixed-use assets.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to represent the business confidently.
