My client, a leading nationwide consultancy, is seeking a Valuation Director to join their London Commercial Valuation team. The role covers a broad range of commercial valuation work, with a strong focus on Central London and the South East, delivering advice for loan security, financial reporting and general advisory purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake valuations of high-value commercial assets, including prime Central London properties.
- Produce clear, accurate RICS-compliant valuation reports and sign them off.
- Manage valuation instructions independently while working closely with the wider commercial team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, lenders, funds, developers, local authorities and public sector clients.
- Build and grow a strong professional network both internally and externally.
- Support and mentor graduate surveyors through their APC.
The Role
- Work alongside fellow Directors to maintain best practice across the team.
- Operate with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing CPD and professional development.
- Work with colleagues across the business to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Play an active role in supporting the firm’s wider strategic objectives.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with valuation software such as Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and KEL.

- Strong commercial valuation experience is essential (residential exposure is welcomed but not required).
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
