My client is a leading commercial real estate consultancy with a strong national footprint and a reputation for excellence in valuation services. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Valuation teams across multiple offices and are keen to speak with RICS Registered Valuers at all levels.
You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team that has valued £1bn+ of commercial and residential property, advising a prestigious client base across the public and private sectors.
The Role- Deliver loan security valuations for high street banks, private banks, insurers, and challenger lenders
- Undertake valuations for financial reporting, taxation, acquisitions, disposals, funds, and portfolios
- Work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and large corporate occupiers
- Collaborate with specialists across a national valuation service line
- Play an active role in maintaining exceptional technical and client service standards
- RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer
- Background in commercial valuation
