Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Valuation teams across multiple offices and are keen to speak with RICS Registered Valuers at all levels.
You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team that has valued £1bn+ of commercial and residential property, advising a prestigious client base across the public and private sectors.
The Role- Deliver loan security valuations for high street banks, private banks, insurers, and challenger lenders
- Undertake valuations for financial reporting, taxation, acquisitions, disposals, funds, and portfolios
- Work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and large corporate occupiers
- Collaborate with specialists across a national valuation service line
- Play an active role in maintaining exceptional technical and client service standards
- RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer
