Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Valuation Surveyor to join their London or Thames Valley teams. As part of the Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic property advice, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines, providing a full range of property consultancy services while developing your own market profile and expertise. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing their own portfolio of instructions, delivering high‑quality valuation advice, supporting business development initiatives, and strengthening existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities- Undertake inspections and valuations across office, retail, industrial, residential and development assets.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and strategic advice for banking, corporate and private clients.
- Manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow new business.
- Support the continued development and success of the London, Reading, and Oxford valuation teams.
- Contribute to business development, networking and client engagement activities.
- Qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Strong experience within the valuation sector with a thorough understanding of market practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple instructions, deadlines and client requirements.
- Good knowledge of the London or Thames Valley property market with an established network.
