My client is a global real estate leader seeking a motivated Surveyor (newly qualified to Senior Surveyor level) to join their Residential Valuation team in London. You’ll focus on high-quality valuations of individual residential assets, including houses, apartments, and small investment blocks, primarily for loan security purposes.
Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections and valuations of individual residential properties.
- Analyse comparable evidence and market data to support valuation conclusions.
- Produce clear, accurate RICS-compliant valuation reports.
- Manage multiple one-off instructions and meet client deadlines.
- Support senior colleagues in maintaining strong client relationships.

About You
- MRICS (or APC close to completion).
