Surveyor – Residential Valuation

My client is a global real estate leader seeking a motivated Surveyor (newly qualified to Senior Surveyor level) to join their Residential Valuation team in London. You’ll focus on high-quality valuations of individual residential assets, including houses, apartments, and small investment blocks, primarily for loan security purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections and valuations of individual residential properties.
  • Analyse comparable evidence and market data to support valuation conclusions.
  • Produce clear, accurate RICS-compliant valuation reports.
  • Manage multiple one-off instructions and meet client deadlines.
  • Support senior colleagues in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay current with London and South East residential market trends.

About You

  • MRICS (or APC close to completion).
  • Residential valuation experience.
  • Strong numeracy and confidence with MS Office/Excel.
  • Excellent report writing and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
