We’re working with a leading property business that is looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join the team at an exciting, 200,000 sq ft commercial development in the heart of Bristol.
The building is home to around 2,000 people and has been designed around the future of work, combining a premium workspace with a strong focus on customer experience, wellbeing, community and technology.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a reception, hospitality, customer service or front-of-house background who wants to develop their career within the commercial property sector.
What will you be doing?
- Providing an exceptional front-of-house and customer service experience.
- Building strong relationships with tenants and understanding their needs.
- Supporting and helping to organise events and community initiatives.
- Promoting tenant activities, offers and building amenities through the site's app and communications.
- Working with local businesses, cafés, gyms and other providers to develop exciting offers for tenants.
- Creating promotional material and event communications using Canva.
- Supporting property viewings and confidently showcasing the building, its amenities and the surrounding area.
- Ensuring reception and communal areas are consistently presented to a high standard.
- Working closely with the Facilities Management and Investment Management teams.
- Reporting building issues and following them through to resolution.
- Supporting health & safety procedures and emergency situations when required.
What are we looking for?
You don't need to have a background in property. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, hotels, premium retail or other people-facing environments.
You'll need to be:

- Highly professional and well presented.
