My client is a leading commercial and residential property consultancy with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering expert, client-focused advice. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Valuation Surveyor to jointheir London or Thames Valleyteams.

As part of the Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic property advice, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines,providinga full range of property consultancy services while developing your own market profile andexpertise.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing their own portfolio of instructions, delivering high-quality valuation advice, supporting business development initiatives, and strengthening existing client relationships. A strong understanding of theLondon orThames Valley market and the ability to build trusted relationships will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake inspections and valuations across office, retail, industrial, residential and development assets
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and strategic advice for banking,corporateand private clients
  • Manage existing client relationships whileidentifyingopportunities to grow new business
  • Support the continued development and success of theLondon,Reading,and Oxford valuation teams
  • Contribute to business development,networkingand client engagement activities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Strong experience within the valuation sector with a thorough understanding of market practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple instructions,deadlinesand client requirements
  • Good knowledge of theLondon orThames Valley property market with an established network
  • Commercially minded with strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent report writing and client-facing abilities
