My client is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Manager to join its growing Central London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-quality, multi-sector portfolio while playing a key role in the continued growth of an expanding and forward-thinking business.
You'll work with a broad range of landlord clients across office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets, taking full ownership of your portfolio whilst contributing to the development of the wider Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders.
- Undertake regular property inspections, ensuring assets are managed to the highest standards.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets alongside the client accounting team.
- Monitor rent collection, service charges, insurance and arrears.
- Manage lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, break options and licences to alter, assign or underlet.
- Prepare detailed client reports and attend quarterly management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, RICS guidance and sustainability best practice.
- Support the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property Management team.
About You
- Experience within Commercial Property Management.
- MRICS qualification desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, Landlord & Tenant legislation and service charge management.
- Excellent financial awareness and budgeting experience.
- Confident in managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Experience using TRAMPS or a similar property management system would be advantageous.
