This opportunity involves managing high-profile, multi-let office buildings for a key Central London estate. The role requires a strong technical understanding of complex multi-schedule service charge budgets, alongside exceptional client care and tenant relationship management skills.
About the Role
Working closely with the Asset Managers, you will take direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Central London multi-let office assets. The position requires a balance of operational oversight, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards and delivers long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the delivery of first-class management services for a Central London multi-let office.
- Preparing, monitoring, and reconciling complex multi-schedule service charge budgets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships, and addressing issues effectively.
- Working in close partnership with the client’s Asset Managers to deliver strategic goals.
- Managing arrears and ensuring robust debt recovery procedures are in place.
- Coordinating with facilities management and specialist service providers (e.g., ESG, data, procurement, technology).
- Ensuring assets are well-maintained, compliant, and offer a high-quality customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in property management.
- Have direct experience managing complex, multi-let Central London assets.
- Possess strong knowledge of service charge structures, particularly multi-schedule budgets.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and occupiers.
- Have proven experience in tenant liaison and debt management.
- Be collaborative, ambitious, and able to manage junior team members where required.
- Be comfortable working in London four days per week.
