Overview
The successful candidate will support the Building Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations, serving as the primary contact for occupiers and service partners on all property-related matters. This role requires excellent administrative and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison for occupiers and service providers, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date property records, databases, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and ESG initiatives across the estate.
- Support with finance processes, including raising purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Take responsibility for coordinating meetings, managing action points, and providing accurate documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance, support permit-to-work processes, and oversee compliance tracking.
- Assist in managing the service charge budget and ensuring occupier obligations are clearly communicated.
- Promote and uphold the client’s vision and values in all aspects of service delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in commercial property management and customer service.
- Understanding of service charge budgeting and RICS professional standards.
- Familiarity with contractor and permit-to-work processes.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles in a property context.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office 365.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
