What Youll Be Doing:

As part of the finance team, you\’ll receive full training and hands-on experience in key areas of property accounts, including:

  • Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements

  • Logging payments and assisting with setting up client bank transfers

  • Supporting the service charge budgeting process

  • Issuing rent and service charge demands

  • Assisting with bank reconciliations

  • Helping prepare reports for property managers and landlords

  • Updating financial records and assisting with month-end tasks

  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve basic finance queries

  • Providing general administrative support to the accounts team
