Job Description: Wholesale Operations Assistant Location: Chesterfield – No Hybrid working, Office 5 days per week Reporting to: Head of Global Logistics and Major Wholesale Operations Who we are: Varley is a contemporary fashion brand for the modern woman. Job Description Manage the ongoing operational support to our wholesale major accounts. Responsibilities includesupporting all sales operations for accounts, monitoring order deadlines and product availability, and shipping of goods. Additionally, ensure that all timelines, communication deadlines and service level expectations are met as set and outlined per Varley business requirements. Essential Functions: – Oversee the entire order process for key accounts. Including revewing and fulfilling EDI orders, along with invoicing and co-ordinating with warehouse and 3rd party logistics to ensure timely deliveries. – Manage key account order book, ensuring orders are fulfilled within their shipping window. Further, reviewing any stock committment issues and liasing with the relevant departments to resolve. – Main point of contact for key accounts, providing customer support, assisting with operational inqiuires and order follow ups. – Ensure warehouse are VAS compliant per each vendor guide, ensuring products are “floor ready” upon arrival at retailers distripution center/store. – Provide regular reports/updates on SLAs and performance to Operations and Sales teams Qualifications: – A minimum of 2 years of experience within Wholesale, Operations or Merchandising. – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and CRM or wholesale platforms (experience with NuORDER is desirable). – Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. – Excellent verbel and written communication and interpersonal skills to support internal teams and external customers. – Self-motivated with a team-player mindset and a willingness to learn. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: – Practical knowledge of other key functions such as Sales, Production and Merchandising. – Experience working with EDI and SPS.
