Senior Shoot Producer – Varley

This role will work from two locations, our London office and also our Wandsworth studio.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Shoot Producerto lead and execute Varley’s creative productions from concept through to final delivery.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone withsignificant experienceworking within fashion,luxuryor premium lifestyle brands, with a strongtrack recordof producing high-quality campaigns, e-commerce, studioshootsand brand storytelling.

Working closely with our BrandManagingDirector, Brand Marketing,Contentand external partners, you will translate creative direction and business priorities into clear,accountableand deliverable production plans.

You will own the full production process across pre-production,productionand post-production support, while also building the systems and processes needed to give the business greater visibility,controland consistency across all shoots.

We are looking for someone highly experienced, commercially aware, creatively sensitive and solutions focused, who understands the standardsrequiredwithin an elevated fashion brand and knows how to create the structure that enables exceptional work to happen.

You will lead and execute multiple productions acrosscampaigns, e-commerce, studioshootsand brand storytelling.

You will work closely with Creative and Brand teams to turn briefs and creative direction into clear production plans,establishingscope, schedules, budgets,resourcesand responsibilities from the outset.

A key part of the role will be building and owning stronger production systems across the business, including shoot calendars, production schedules, budget visibility,approvalsand projecttracking.Youwill create clear visibility across all live and upcoming productions, ensuring teams understand what is happening, when decisions arerequired, what has been approved and where risks or conflicts sit.You will own production budgets from estimate through to reconciliation, managing costs throughout each project and ensuring clear visibility of committed and forecast spend.

You will manage production resource across models and talent, photographers, directors, videographers, stylists, creative freelancers, suppliers, studios,locationsand external production partners, drawing on a strong and established network within the fashion industry.

You will oversee casting and talent bookings, negotiate fees and usage whererequired, andmaintainstrong relationships with model agencies, castingdirectorsand key freelance partners.

You will manage location research and scouting, ensuring creative,logisticaland budget requirements are considered and developing strong relationships with locations,studiosand production partners for future shoots

You will oversee the practical and compliance requirements of production, including call sheets, travel, equipment, permits, insurance, contracts, releases, risk assessments, health and safety and all relevant production documentation.

You will lead production on set, ensuring shoots run professionally, efficiently and to schedule while supporting the Creative team in delivering the strongest possible work.

You will helpmaintaina professional,safeand respectful production environment across all shoots.

You will work closely with our internal Producer and wider freelance production team, creating clear ownership and consistent ways of working across every production.

You will support post-production and final delivery, coordinating photographers, editors,retouchersand other partners to ensure assets are completed on time and to the required standard.

You will also own shoot wrap, invoicing and financial close, ensuring each production is properly reconciled and completed.

You willidentifyproduction risks early, resolve issues proactively and continuously improve production workflows, supplier relationships,schedulingand cross-team ways of working.

You will have substantial production experience within fashion,luxuryor premium lifestyle, with a strong body of work across high-end campaigns, studioproductionand e-commerce.

You will havesignificant experiencemanaging stills and moving-image productions from brief through to final delivery and be highly confident managing multiple complex productions simultaneously.

You will have strong commercial experience across budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, crew and supplier management, casting, locations,traveland productionlogistics.

You will bring an established network of photographers, directors, videographers, stylists, crew, studios, locations,agenciesand production partners and know how to build the right team around each project.

You will have experience building production processes and systems, with a strong understanding of how to create better visibility across calendars, budgets, schedules,approvalsand project status.

You will understand the creative and visual standards of a premium fashion brand and know how to balance creative ambition with budgets,timingsand business priorities.

You will be highly organised,proactiveand decisive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in fast-moving production environments.

You will be a strong communicator, comfortable working with senior leadership, creative teams, internal stakeholders,agenciesand external partners.
