Job Description
Title: Part Time Style Advisor 3/4 days per week Including some weekends.
Reports to: Store Manager
Location: Marylebone Store
The Style Advisor is a brand ambassador who represents the brand through exceptional service, in-depth product knowledge, and genuine customer connection. They are accountable for delivering an outstanding customer experience, building lasting relationships, and driving commercial results, all while upholding operational excellence and brand standards.
Style Advisors inspire confidence in both customers and colleagues, contribute to a collaborative and professional team culture, and play a key role in the success of the store. They are expected to consistently uphold the brandβs values in every interaction, ensuring these are reflected in service, conduct, and presentation. They are also required to stay up to date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and company communications to deliver excellent service and support smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in store.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty.
- Enhance interactions through CRM tools and clienteling platforms to personalise service.
- Deliver the brand service ceremony in every interaction.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support in-store events and activations that enhance the customer experience.
Commercial & Operations
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs through personalised service and styling advice.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, collections, and fashion trends to engage customers with authenticity.
- Share customer insights and product feedback with management to support commercial performance.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures, raising risks or non-compliance as needed.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure back-of-house areas meet company standards for efficiency and compliance.
- Use company systems and operational tools to stay informed and up to date.
- Complete all tasks, communications, and training assigned through Zipline on time.
Team & Collaboration
- Act as a reliable team player, contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Uphold professionalism at all times in conduct and presentation.
- Participate actively in training, development, and team meetings.
