Who we want
An experienced and adaptable Production Manager, with a proven track record of performance in similar roles. You must be able to manage complex processes whilst being an excellent communicator. Our product quality is renowned, so this must be upheld without compromise.
The role
This role is responsible for the end-to-end tracking and coordination of bulk production within the Sweats & Jersey category. The focus is on timeline management, factory coordination, and delivery execution, ensuring products move through bulk production smoothly and land on time and to plan.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed production plans and schedules to meet order demands, optimising production processes for efficiency. Work with the Merchandising team to optimise supplier capacity and efficient freight methods.
- Supplier Management: Work with key suppliers and Merchandising Team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Order Management: Once products are approved by Development, this role manages the accuracy and execution of bulk orders. It ensures purchase orders, quantities, delivery dates, and production details are correctly captured, tracked, and communicated, providing a reliable operational foundation for bulk production.
- Cost Management: Monitor production costs and budgets.
- Material Inventory: Oversee materials inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained according to production needs and storage capacities.
- Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure production processes comply with industry regulations and standards while being aligned with the wider brand’s sustainability goals.
- Communication: Acting as a central operational link between Development, Merchandising, Planning, and external suppliers, the role provides clear, timely updates on production status. It ensures stakeholders have confidence in delivery timelines and that issues are communicated early and clearly.

What you’ll need
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production Management, Product Development, Fashion Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of overseeing success.
- Deep knowledge of garment manufacture, supply chain and associated processes, specifically with Far East Manufacturers.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
