The role involves a proactive and detail‑oriented Accessories Product Developer to support the team in bringing designs from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accessory construction and materials, excellent organisation, and a keen eye for quality. They will be confident managing multiple categories, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure every product meets our standards and timelines.
- Support the development team in managing seasonal processes across accessories, ensuring all styles are delivered to the required standard and timeline.
- Manage sample tracking, approvals and comment communication across assigned product areas.
- Assist with maintaining the Critical Path and all development documentation.
- Arrange and support review sessions with relevant teams, preparing review lists and recording comments for vendors.
- Work closely with Senior team members to manage timelines, costings and day‑to‑day vendor communication.
- Conduct quality checks on all incoming samples, ensuring construction, finishing, trims and hardware meet standards.
- Liaise with Materials team on fabric bases, leathers, trims, hardware and testing requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers on lab dips, strike‑offs, trim approvals, print placements and test reports.
- Support cross‑functional teams including Brand, Content and Production with sample management and seasonal needs.
- You may also support adjacent categories when required, as we work within a rotation system.

What you’ll need:
- Degree in Fashion Accessories, Product Development, Design, Technology or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in accessories development role (3+ years).
- A strong eye for detail, quality and brand alignment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects in tandem.
- A collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with overseas suppliers.
Advantageous:
- Experience with leather goods development.
- In‑house brand experience.
