The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to be our social engine for our portfolio of hospitality brands, encompassing restaurants, bars and hotels. You’ll manage a broad and varied social landscape including 14 Coppa Club Instagram accounts, as well as singular channels for Noci, Tavolino, Strada, and 31 Below, plus selected Facebook and TikTok platforms. This role blends creativity with strategy. You’ll oversee content calendars, copywriting, influencer partnerships, and community management, as well as editing and adapting video content for social where needed. While you won’t be responsible for content production, you should be confident editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and creating occasional UGC-style content where needed. You’ll also manage community engagement and responses through a centralised platform, ensuring every interaction reflects our brands’ tone, warmth, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars across all brands and channels, aligning with wider marketing campaigns, hotel activity, and seasonal moments.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy that captures each brand’s distinct tone of voice.
- Work closely with content creators to brief, review, and adapt assets for performance across platforms.
- Work with third parties to collaborate on content and expand the reach of our brands where appropriate.
- Edit and adapt short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories ensuring visuals and pacing suit each platform.
- Support with occasional UGC-style content capture when needed.
- Oversee daily community management - responding to comments and messages via a centralised inbox, maintaining a consistent and thoughtful tone.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, coordinating outreach, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics, sharing insight-led recommendations to drive growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and formats, applying them in ways that align with each brand’s positioning.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and site teams to ensure social activity supports launches, partnerships, and events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, both visually and in voice.
About You
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
- Confident editing short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, adaptable across multiple brand voices.
- Creative mindset with an eye for content, pacing, and platform performance.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and calendars.
- Experienced in influencer management and community engagement.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
