We’re a fast-growing, people-first hospitality group with 20 unique venues and a big vision: to create unforgettable experiences for guests – and brilliant careers for our teams. We believe in progress, purpose, and pride at every level.

Now, we’re looking for an inspiring Learning & Development Manager to lead our people growth strategy – building meaningful learning experiences that empower our teams to thrive.

The Role

This is more than training. As our L&D Manager, you’ll be the architect of personal and professional growth across the business. From induction to leadership pathways, you’ll create the frameworks and programmes that bring our values to life and help our people reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning programmes across all levels – from front-line to leadership
  • Create and evolve our onboarding experience so every new starter feels welcomed, valued, and ready to shine
  • Work with managers to identify development needs and build targeted learning plans
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive consistent standards and skills across venues
  • Explore digital learning tools and platforms to support blended learning
  • Measure the impact of L&D initiatives and constantly evolve to stay relevant and effective
  • Be a champion of culture, values, and behaviours – making learning part of our everyday

You’re passionate about helping people grow and designing learning that actually sticks. You’re also deeply passionate about the world of L&D – always keeping an eye on new trends, tools, and thinking, and constantly taking inspiration from leaders in the field to elevate how we learn.

You blend creativity with structure, and you know how to bring energy into a room (or a Zoom). You’re not just reactive – you think strategically about how learning drives performance.

We’d love to see:
  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development role, ideally in a hospitality environment
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills – you know how to engage every learner
  • A natural collaborator who can influence and inspire at all levels
  • Experience creating blended learning pathways (and using digital tools like LMSs)
  • A people-first mindset – approachable, curious, empathetic, and encouraging
  • Comfortable with data, feedback, and measuring impact
What You’ll Get
  • A real opportunity to shape how we learn, lead, and grow as a business
  • A supportive, people-first culture with autonomy to innovate
  • Hybrid working from our vibrant London HQ + regular venue visits
  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and generous hospitality perks
  • Career growth opportunities in a brand that’s still growing
