What You’ll Do
As our Head of Culinary Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our food excellence. Your mission will be to:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage BOH operations with our food team, ensuring flawless execution of our food fundamentals while supporting venues to deliver consistently outstanding quality.
- Build Future Leaders: Collaborate with our people team to design induction houses that showcase our brand values and set general managers and head chefs up for success.
- Grow Talent: Deliver an internal development programme that nurtures chefs through the ranks, creating a strong pipeline for future succession.
- Champion Standards: Craft and implement a food standards programme that embeds a culture of excellence across all stakeholders.
- Drive Profitability: Partner with operations directors, managers, and head chefs to strengthen BOH knowledge and boost food sales venue by venue.
- Seasonal Innovation: Be the custodian of seasonal menu launches, ensuring FOH and BOH teams are trained to deliver premium products with confidence.
- Delight Guests: Collaborate with venue managers and the food development team to create monthly specials that excite guests and drive spend per head.
- Empower Leaders: Support venue & BOH leaders in achieving profitable food sales through coaching and guidance.
- Celebrate Talent: Engage teams with an annual calendar of chef forums, recognising and rewarding culinary excellence.
