Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? The Swan at Streatley is seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational and strategic responsibility for our iconic riverside hotel, Coppa Club restaurant and event space. We’re looking for someone who can elevate our service and offer and shape the next chapter of The Swan at Streatley.

Your Role:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
- Take full operational and commercial ownership of the hotel, events offer and the Coppa Club restaurant.
- Drive outstanding guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative culture with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Champion brand standards and ensure compliance across all areas of the business.
You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in premium hotels or lifestyle venues.
- A strong track record in team leadership, guest service, and commercial success.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A hands-on, solution-oriented approach, with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.
- Experience managing both rooms, leisure, events and F&B operations at scale.
