Technical Sales Engineer (West Midlands + South Wales)

As part of an existing sales team, this role will focus on technical support to new and existing customers whilst managing a sales territory.
Technical Sales Engineer – West Midlands and South Wales
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of customer visits via face to face and digital communication.
- Application support to help optimize customer processes on and off the machine.
- Presentation of technical solutions and new products to the market area.
- Technical support for Key and National partners.
- Management of customer queries efficiently.
- Professional representation of the Company and product offering.
- Manage, support and grow existing market share.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an engineering apprenticeship in CNC Machining.
- 5 years minimum of post-apprenticeship CNC experience.
- High levels of tenacity, drive, and self-motivation.
- A good understanding of cutting tools and the successful application on CNC Machines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- No previous sales experience is required.
