You will manage a portfolio of clients and report to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships in line with credit and risk policies.
- Provide proactive, high-quality client solutions.
- Mentor Account Executives and review portfolio performance.
- Conduct regular credit reviews and support monthly portfolio meetings.
- Handle payment requests, overpayments, and risk escalations.
- Support revenue retention and business development.
- Underwrite new deals within authority levels and SLAs.
Requirements
- Experience in Invoice Discounting or Factoring.
- Strong credit and risk management skills.
- Proven success in portfolio management and client relationships.
