We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant to join a growing cloud finance systems consultancy. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in finance systems, accounting software, ERP support, systems accounting or finance transformation who wants to develop further in cloud ERP implementation. You do not need direct Iplicit experience from day one. Full training and accreditation will be provided. What matters most is that you understand finance processes, are confident with systems and data, and can communicate clearly with finance teams and senior stakeholders.
The Role
- You will support clients through cloud finance system implementations, from discovery and configuration through to data migration, reporting, training, go-live and post-implementation support.
- The role sits between finance and technology. You will help clients improve finance processes, automate workflows, strengthen reporting and get better value from their ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support cloud finance system implementation projects.
- Work with clients to understand finance processes, reporting needs and system challenges.
- Configure system modules, workflows, approvals and reporting structures.
- Support data migration, data checking and reconciliation.
- Build Excel-based reports, dashboards and management information packs.
- Deliver user training and go-live support.
- Track project actions, milestones, risks and implementation issues.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop specialist knowledge of Iplicit and wider cloud finance technology.
About You
- You will have experience using, supporting, implementing or improving finance/accounting systems.
- Relevant backgrounds could include: ERP Implementation Consultant, Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Accountant, BI/Business Analysts, Accounting Software Consultant, ERP Support Consultant, Finance Transformation Analyst, Finance Manager or Management Accountant with strong systems exposure.
- Experience with Iplicit, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Business Central, AccountsIQ, Access Financials or similar systems would be relevant.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Experience with finance, accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good attention to detail around data quality and reconciliations.
- Clear client-facing communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to become fully accredited in Iplicit.
- Occasional travel to client sites when required.
