As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the full-bid management lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to securing contracts, with a particular focus on public sector tenders. You will play a crucial role in driving their business growth by winning new contracts and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential tender opportunities within the public sector and other target markets, using various resources and networking.
- Develop winning bid strategies that align with the company\’s overall business objectives and address the specific requirements of each tender.
- Manage the entire bid process, from initial opportunity assessment to proposal submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with all requirements.
- Lead the development of compelling and high-quality bid proposals, working collaboratively with subject matter experts across the company. This includes writing and editing content, ensuring consistency in messaging, and creating visually appealing presentations.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with third-party organizations to strengthen our bid offerings and enhance our competitiveness. This includes negotiating agreements and managing ongoing relationships.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to differentiate our proposals.
