Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex projects, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive operational excellence. The Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, mentoring junior project managers, team leads and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Partner with executive leadership to define project goals, success metrics, and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments and external partners.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
- Champion project governance, process improvement, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Develop resource planning tools to ensure the team is not overlapping and has the capability to perform installations on time.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in industry-specific experience, e.g., healthcare, IT, construction.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

- Sound understanding and application of contract structuring, composition and contract negotiation.
- Sound understanding and experience in establishing quotations, costing for jobs, monitoring costs and following up on execution.
Required Certifications and Training
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to Travel.
- Medium work that will occasionally require employees to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and rarely lift more than 35 lbs. to greater than 40 lbs.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving heavy equipment and/or supplies occasionally.
- Reaching above and below the shoulder occasionally.
- Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools occasionally.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities.
- Work environments include: rare but possible exposure to chemicals, electrical current, proximity to moving mechanical parts, repetitive hand motion, open flame, working from heights, cold environment.
