The Senior Accounts Assistant Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day Purchase and Sales Ledger functions, working closely with the Financial Controller and Director of Finance to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Purchase Ledger - Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage queries
- Execute payment runs and maintain supplier records
- Handle company credit card purchases and employee expenses
- Sales Ledger - Raise timely and accurate invoices
- Maintain customer records and credit limits
- Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies
- Support aged debt reporting and credit control
- Banking & Month-End - Manage daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with cashflow reporting
- Support month-end processes and reconciliations
