The Senior Accounts Assistant Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day Purchase and Sales Ledger functions, working closely with the Financial Controller and Director of Finance to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Purchase Ledger - Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage queries
  • Execute payment runs and maintain supplier records
  • Handle company credit card purchases and employee expenses
  • Sales Ledger - Raise timely and accurate invoices
  • Maintain customer records and credit limits
  • Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies
  • Support aged debt reporting and credit control
  • Banking & Month-End - Manage daily bank reconciliations
  • Assist with cashflow reporting
  • Support month-end processes and reconciliations
