The Senior Accounts Assistant Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day Purchase and Sales Ledger functions, working closely with the Financial Controller and Director of Finance to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Purchase Ledger - Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time; Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies; Reconcile supplier statements and manage queries; Execute payment runs and maintain supplier records; Handle company credit card purchases and employee expenses.
- Sales Ledger - Raise timely and accurate invoices; Maintain customer records and credit limits; Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies; Support aged debt reporting and credit control.
- Banking & Month-End - Manage daily bank reconciliations; Assist with cashflow reporting; Support month-end processes and reconciliations.
