What you’ll be doing
- Run weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and precision up to 950 employees at peak.
- Ensure compliance on everything from SSP, SMP & NMW to auto-enrolment pensions.
- Reconcile payroll and pension funds, ensuring smooth reporting.
- Handle starters, leavers, P45s, P11Ds, and HMRC submissions.
- Manage BACS files and same-day payments.
- Help prepare the business for Payrolling of Benefits (April 2026).
- Provide insightful analysis on pay and employment trends.
