  • Run weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and precision up to 950 employees at peak.
  • Ensure compliance on everything from SSP, SMP & NMW to auto-enrolment pensions.
  • Reconcile payroll and pension funds, ensuring smooth reporting.
  • Handle starters, leavers, P45s, P11Ds, and HMRC submissions.
  • Manage BACS files and same-day payments.
  • Help prepare the business for Payrolling of Benefits (April 2026).
  • Provide insightful analysis on pay and employment trends.
